Well, been working as a service staff as well as runner for kitchen.
Kitchen's life was like @#%$&%^@!#$@.. (LOLs). Nothing to say.
Definitely is not an easy job.
Chef will F*** you upside down, you just have to tolerate.

Currently woking at Freshly Baked By Le Bijoux, at killiney there.
Mama (chef) is a former executive pastry chef of saint pierre.
Man, i gonna learn some baking and blah blah from her.
She is nice, working time is flexible, but must have mentally prepared for the scolding (LOLs) , anytime when service.
Man, Chefs' temper, i can say super POWER!! Bomb anytime.

First 2days wasn't able to handle stress that's really bad, was just like a stupid. But now wasn't that bad after all.
Probably gonna help mama in the kitchen in the evening, cos she will be off by then.
As she was up in the morning 330am, to start all the mis-en-place and baking of the bread. She will be tired ya. Man, i love doing closing. =X
